Yes, all types of wheelchairs ♿️ motorized and non motorized, the captains on the boats are very helpful and do make sure all wheelchairs are fully secured. Safety is key on all boats . If you have any questions do ask the captain on the boats . They are great and friendly. And I highly recommend a on site hotel for those that need wheelchair access. Sapphire Falls is excellent for this.

I didn’t ask specifically so I’d double check with the hotel but I can’t see why not. The opening to get on the boat was relatively wide, there is ramp access and plenty of room on the boat in the accessible seating area.

Does the water taxi allow for transport of a power scooter? Or just manual wheelchairs?

I thought the room was tight for a wheelchair especially in the area that you mention. I think a large power chair would be too tight. I think the pool lifers are becoming more available in Australia but very slowly. I have visited several hotels with them installed.

Looking at in between the bed and desk/ tv cupboard ect doesn’t look that wide is it wide enough for a electric wheelchair to pass through easily ?
Love the pool with the lifter chair I wish all new pools it was mandatory. I know I’m dreaming though but it would be nice.
